The Halton Seniors Helpline is a resource for members of the Region’ seniors community to seek information, guidance, support and referrals on a wide range of issues and concerns, including:

  • Sorting out problems
  • Local seniors’ support services
  • Assisting in the care of an older adult
  • Physical, emotional and/or financial abuse or neglect

The toll-free number is 1-866-457-8252. Trained senior volunteers are available Monday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Mental Health support for children and youth can be accessed through ROCK (Reach Out Centre for Kids) at https://rockonline.ca/. They also have a 24-hour crisis line at 905-878-9785

RE:SOUL Youth CentreRe:Soul is a local Milton ministry of Youth For Christ Unlimited which runs a youth drop-in centre here in Milton at 900 Nipissing Rd.
